The rules and basic skills of netball were taught to the children through active demonstrations by a coach and the help of a translator.
For most of the children, they didn’t even know what netball was at the start of the program.
However through Netball Victoria’s community outreach with the program, the children were playing a full game of netball at the end of the six weeks.
