For many Australian kids, netball is their first proper taste of team sport.

Netball is a sporting pioneer.

It is Australia’s most popular team sport for girls and is played by kids all over Australia, from Hobart to Alice Springs, and pretty much everywhere in between. All those PE lessons spent fighting for the GA bib, or running around a schoolyard court. Those are the sport’s sticky, concrete roots. Where future Diamonds are made.

The next generation of netballers are out there right now, and helping them get fit, make friends and have fun is a big part of Netball Australia’s national strategy.
