Following on from the success of the recent Suncorp Team Girls Virtual Online Clinics, NETFIT Netball and Netball Australia have again joined forces to bring the netball community two more free online programs, providing tweens, teens and coaches with the opportunity to upskill and remain active.
With help from Netball Australia’s partners Suncorp, Origin Energy and Woolworths, the Suncorp Get Ready Program and the Origin Good Energy Comeback Challenge will support the Australian netball community as it prepares for a return to play.
The Suncorp Get Ready Program centres around budding young netballer Matea, who will take participants through skills, drills and workouts with a little help from Suncorp Super Netball stars Maddy Proud, Verity Charles and Liz Waton, as-well as the NETFIT team.
The Origin Good Energy Comeback Challenge has been created to prepare netballers who are teenagers and older for their return to netball competitions. It will feature fitness conditioning and strength and pilates classes, as well as skills and coaching sessions, agility and speed classes, nutritional advice and cooking segments.
Both the Suncorp Team Girls Get Ready Program and the Origin Good Energy Comeback Challenge start on Monday 29 June at 6pm, available on the NETFIT Netball App or via their On-Demand platform on www.ondemand.netfitnetball.com
