Introducing the HCF Team Health Score™: a real-time measure of a team’s overall match health, giving fans deeper insights into the game like never before.  

Your health and wellbeing is multifaceted, with many factors like activity, sleep, nutrition, mindfulness, support, mental wellbeing, physical health and more impacting an individual’s journey.  

Similar factors also apply a team’s performance.  

The HCF Team Health Score™ combines physical, mental, and support inputs to show how different aspects of a team’s actions on-court can impact their overall match health, and potentially even the result of the game. 

• Physical performance is measured by actions that impose presence on the game, such as deflections, blocks, offensive rebounds, and defensive rebounds. 
• Mental performance focuses on individual success and resilience, accounting for goals, missed opportunities, and overall gains.  
• Support measures how players contribute to their teammates’ success through actions like goal assists and pickups.  

The total HCF Team Health Score™ is derived by adding the Physical, Mental and Support Scores together, creating a holistic measure of both teams’ effectiveness thanks to real-time measurement of the game provided by Champion Data. 

Before each SSN match, Fox Netball experts will break down the HCF Team Health Score™ for each side, analysing the key contributing factors that could play a role in the match.

As the game progresses, fans can follow the evolving team dynamics, gaining unique insights into how the match unfolds.

A refreshed score will appear on-screen during the match, reflecting the physical, mental and support journey of both teams throughout the game.
