It’s time to pump up the netball, warm up and head to your local netball courts because Woolworths NetSetGo Come & Play Day is just around the corner.
Come & Play Day returns Saturday 15 February with local netball centres right across Australia set to open the doors for kids aged between 5-10 years to get a taste of what it means to be part of the vibrant Woolworths NetSetGo community.
Come & Play Day offers a free day for kids to roll up their sleeves, throw on a bib and participate in the fun, for free.
These free 2025 Come & Play Day pop ups will commence from Monday 10 February and are open to kids of all skill types – whether it’s your first time on the netball court or not.
The majority of these clinics will be held nationwide on Come & Play Day, providing kids with firsthand experience of what makes Woolworths NetSetGo the fun and inclusive program it is.
“Woolworths NetSetGo has been able to provide a place for youngsters to kickstart a life-long love of the netball for 17 years now, and is Australia’s leading netball starter program,” said Netball Australia’s Executive General Manager of Netball, Megan Simpson.
“February is the perfect time for parents to start to think about sports for their children and Come & Play Day is the perfect opportunity to get a taste of the program and see what netball can offer on and off the court. It is also a great opportunity for families to come together and reconnect with friends after the school holiday break.
“We are really proud of the vibrant and diverse netball community we have across netball centres in Australia. Come & Play Day is one of the key times where we can connect with the next generation of netballers, inspiring them to engage in community sport in a fun, safe, inclusive and accessible way.”
Kids who are already registered with their Woolworths NetSetGo club for 2025 are also encouraged to attend a clinic near them with a friend, a sibling or on their own to meet some new friends.
Woolworths NetSetGo registrations for newcomers are open now via the NetSetGo website.
