The resilient shooter recovered from an ACL injury in 2019 before succumbing to another ACL injury in 2022.​

On the court, Batcheldor has forged a reputation as a long-range shooter but has won the admiration of Lightning assistant and Diamonds legend Vicki Wilson for her technique and fearlessness.​
