Injury denied Kate Eddy a winning grand final appearance for the Swifts in 2019 but once back to full health, and returned to her home state, she was a member of the Vixens' 2020 premiership team.

She is a nagging presence at wing defence and part of a fierce defensive trio when teamed with Jo Weston and Emily Mannix.
