Australia’s largest not-for-profit health fund, HCF, has announced a two-year extension as a Major Partner of Netball Australia and the Suncorp Super Netball League.
Building on a seven-year national all-of-game partnership, HCF continues as the sport’s official health insurance partner with a focus on women’s health and participation, through to the end of 2027.
HCF supports netball at every level — from grassroots participation to elite competition — and reflects HCF’s commitment to improving the health and wellbeing of Australian women and the communities they live in.
HCF has also secured a two-year extension as Principal Partner of GIANTS Netball. In 2026, HCF will celebrate ten years of partnership with the club, reflecting a shared commitment to women’s sport and continued investment in the Greater Sydney community.
Building on HCF’s role as Premier Partner to the Melbourne Vixens, HCF also welcomes the Melbourne Mavericks into the partnership for the 2026 season, expanding its presence across the league and connecting with a new generation of fans.
Netball Australia's Executive General Manager Super League and Commercial Christine Finnegan welcomed HCF's continued commitment to growing the partnership.
“Netball Australia is pleased to continue its partnership with HCF for a further two years," Finnegan said.
"Our shared commitment to empowering Australians of all ages to lead active and healthy lives remains the foundation of this partnership.
"As a Major Partner, HCF continues to back Australia's leading team sport for women and girls and the world's best netball league."
HCF Chief Executive Officer Lorraine Thomas said netball’s reach and influence made it a powerful platform for advancing health outcomes.
“Netball occupies a unique position in Australian sport. It's the number one participation sport for girls in this country, and that reach gives this partnership genuine purpose. As Australia’s largest not-for-profit health fund, HCF exists to improve the health and wellbeing of all Australians. Investing in women’s sport is one of the most direct and meaningful ways we can do that,” Ms Thomas said.
“This partnership is about more than financial backing. It is about meaningful collaboration with players, clubs and communities to raise awareness of the health issues that matter most to young women and to normalise those conversations in sport and beyond.
“As Netball Australia’s official health insurance partner, HCF is committed to building healthier communities by giving voice to Australian women on health topics that are important to them, and to providing the support they need to lead active, healthy lives,” she said.
During the 2026 Suncorp Super Netball season, HCF’s Team Health Score™ returns to broadcast across all matches, providing fans with a dynamic, real-time view of team performance across physical, mental and support metrics.
HCF’s Game Day Ready content series will also feature Suncorp Super Netball athletes sharing their preparation routines — including nutrition strategies, digital wellness habits and the realities of balancing professional sport with work, study and family responsibilities.
