Are you a physiotherapist involved in netball? Do you see patients with netball injuries? Do you have an interest in injury prevention and maximisation of movement in netball?
Netball Australia’s KNEE Program is now offering online physiotherapy endorsement!
In netball, injuries to knees and ankles are prevalent. With increasing evidence to suggest that injury prevention is particularly effective in female athletes, Netball Australia is looking to establish a network of physiotherapists proficient in delivering the KNEE Program nationally.
Netball Australia’s KNEE Program was developed specifically for netball players with the aim
of enhancing player movement and preventing injuries relating to poor landing mechanics.
Netball Australia is now offering an online KNEE for Physios course that, upon successful
completion qualifies the physiotherapist as an Endorsed Provider of the program.
Features of the online KNEE for Physios course include:
• A Find My Physio feature on the KNEE Program website and via Netball Australia channels, that with your consent allows your professional details to be accessible to the netball community.
• Collateral to help promote the KNEE Program within your practice and association, as well as to provide education to your networks.
