As the only television broadcaster for the XX Commonwealth Games in Australia, Network Ten will deliver first-class coverage from Glasgow, live and free into lounge rooms around the country from the Opening Ceremony on Thursday, July 24, right through the competition to the Closing Ceremony on Monday, August 4, 2014 (AEST).
More than 260 hours of action, excitement and drama from the Games will go to air in Australia, presented by an impressive team of expert hosts and commentators.

TEN Sport’s Mel McLaughlin leads the presenting team from TEN’s Glasgow studio along with three of Australia’s most decorated athletes: Ian Thorpe OAM, Leisel Jones and Steve Hooker.
TEN’s expert commentary team features an all-star line-up of former Olympians including Nicole Livingstone, Rob de Castella, Emma Snowsill, David Culbert, Melinda Gainsford-Taylor and more.
Two of Australia’s best netballers – Liz Ellis and Sharelle McMahon – will bring fans all the action from the SECC Precinct, while former Wallaby and TEN Eyewitness News Presenter, Matt Burke, will be joined by the voice of rugby, TEN’s Gordon Bray, to commentate the Rugby Sevens at Ibrox Stadium.
