Accreditation Terms of Entry

These terms and conditions of entry set out the terms on which Netball Australia (NA) grants the accreditation pass holder (the Accredited Person) with access to a venue at which a Suncorp Super Netball (SSN) match, International Test Series match (including the Constellation Cup) played in Australia or another netball match sanctioned and controlled by NA where it has stipulated that accreditation is required in its absolute discretion (Venue).

  1. This pass is non-transferable, must be displayed at all times and is valid only in areas specified. The pass cannot be loaned, transferred licensed or in any other way assigned to another person or entity for any purpose whatsoever.
  2. This pass is not valid when the team indicated on the front of the pass is not playing.  
  3. This pass remains the property of NA and NA retains the right to suspend or revoke this pass at any time in its absolute discretion, without providing reasons and without being liable to compensation of the Accredited Person or any other person.
  4. NA may grant or reject the request for accreditation in its absolute discretion and may impose such further terms and conditions as it determines necessary in its absolute discretion.

CONDUCT

  1. The Accredited Person must:
    1. comply with these Terms, the Netball Australia - Event Terms and Conditions, Venue Entry and any other conditions of entry applicable to the Venue as prescribed from time to time by NA and/or the Venue, to the extent that those entry requirements do not directly and materially conflict with the rights and obligations set out in these Terms;
    2. abide by all lawful directions and all reasonable requests from NA Representatives and the Venue operator workforce at Venues. Additional access control measures, and recording of individual’s details upon entry/exit, may be implemented specific to the Venue;
    3. at all times while in the Venue:
      1. wear the accreditation pass, and/or other accreditation device, provided by NA and ensure that the accreditation is visible at all times (unless approved by NA);
      2. not tamper with or obscure any accreditation pass and return to NA immediately upon request;
    4. conduct themselves in a manner that will not bring any match, NA and/or the game of netball into disrepute;
    5. conduct themselves in a way that will not cause offence to, or otherwise inhibit the enjoyment of, any other person, including other accredited persons, media, rights holders, players, teams, officials or patrons at the Venue.

COVID-19

  1. The Accredited Person acknowledges that there is an unquantifiable risk of transmission of viral illness including COVID-19 and that COVID-19 may have serious health consequences. By attending the Venue, the Applicable acknowledges that they have considered those risks and their own personal circumstances, including any health condition or vulnerability, and the circumstances of persons with whom the Accredited Person will be in close contact at the Venue.
  2. The Accredited Person agrees to be comply with all COVID-19 requirements in line with Government, Venue and NA directions as advised from time to time, including but not limited to:
    1. complying with physical distancing requirements, wearing of personal protective equipment; and
    2. abiding by all lawful and reasonable directions of NA relating to minimising the risk of transmission of COVID-19 or otherwise related to biosecurity measures of the Venue.
  3. The Accredited Person acknowledges and agrees that they will not attend the Venue if they:
    1. are experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19;
    2. have been diagnosed with COVID-19 and required to isolate in accordance with Government requirements; or
    3. are awaiting a COVID-19 test result.

INDEMNITY, RISK AND ACCESS

  1. The Accredited Person agrees to indemnify and hold harmless NA, the SSN Clubs and Member Organisations, the Venues and each of their employees, contractors, officers and agents against any loss, claim, expense or damage to NA, the SSN Clubs and Member Organisations and the Venue or any of their employees, contractors, officers and agents resulting from a  breach of these Terms by the Accredited Person (whether or not the Accredited Person is acting within the scope of any employment or contract) or resulting from the revocation of accreditation by NA.
  2. The Accredited Person acknowledges and agrees that they will move in and around the Venue at their own risk.
  3. Access to the Venue will be refused and/or accreditation be revoked if the Accredited Person, in the opinion of NA, I noticeably under the influence of alcohol, narcotics, stimulants or any behaviour-modifying substance, is behaving or is likely to behave violently, harmfully or in a manner contrary to public order. 
  4. The Accredited Personnel must not use, possess or hold promotional or commercial, political, religious, or racist objects and material, offering to sell, possess with the intent to sell goods such as drinks, food, promotional items at any time at or within proximity of the Venue.

USE OF ATTRIBUTES

  1. The Accredited Person agrees that their name, voice, image and likeness (including but not limited to video, audio and audio-visual recordings) may be photographed, filmed, broadcast or otherwise recorded during the event, and give consent to NA, the SSN Clubs, Member Organisations, and anyone authorised by them to record the images during the match. I also release and discharge Suncorp Super Netball from all claims whatsoever in connection with the use of their names and images and my rights in them.

PRIVACY & COLLECTION STATEMENT

  1. The Accredited Person acknowledges and agrees to the terms of the Netball Australia Privacy Policy and Collection Statement (Privacy policy - Netball Australia).

ADDITIONAL DIRECTIONS AND POLICIES

  1. NA may issue further directions, conditions, and policies (including amendments and variations to these Terms) relating to this accreditation and Venue access and Accredited Persons must comply with any such directions, conditions, and policies which will be incorporated into theses Terms.
