The Queensland Firebirds and Australian midcourter will be part of the Diamonds’ team aiming to defend the title at August’s Netball World Cup SYDNEY 2015.
Ravaillion has quickly enhanced herself as one of the world’s top midcourters in the space of three seasons after making her international debut on Australia’s 2013 tour of England.
The 21-year-old has been an integral player behind the Firebirds past three ANZ Championship finals campaign and a key force in the Firebirds 2015 title.
She has represented the Diamonds 18 times, including being part of their 2014 Commonwealth Games Gold Medal winning side.
“I am thrilled to have the opportunity to work with GILBERT both on and off the netball court,” Ravaillion said.
“GILBERT has such a great presence at all levels of netball and I am looking forward to partnering with them on some great projects in the years ahead.
GILBERT has commenced development on a new netball designed by Ravaillion herself, which will be released later this year.
“We are very excited to have Kimberley on board as a brand ambassador for GILBERT. Kimberley is one of the hardest working players in in Australian Netball and is known for her tenacity and dedication, both on and off the court” GILBERT Netball Brand Manager Leah Curtis said.
Ravaillion joins current GILBERT ambassadors including Erin Bell, Susan Pettitt, Sharelle McMahon and Mo’onia Gerrard.
