About

One of the highlights of Margaret Molina (nee Gollan) international career was sharing Australia’s 1971 Netball World Cup triumph with sister Stella.

Molina played one less Test than her sister, but claimed another world title in 1975 and continued to represent Australia until 1978.

The goal shooter continued to serve the sport as a coach and administrator. She was team manager of the Australian team for a decade, including two Commonwealth Games and two Netball World Cups.

In 2010 she received a Netball Australia Service Award and in 2012 was awarded the Order of Australia Medal in the Queens Birthday honors list.
